Project management experience includes Design and Build and Private Sector Participation Scheme projects from inception, overseeing design development, and through construction to completion and close out.

Previously
Assistant Professor at University of Hong Kong

Previously held the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Real Estate and Construction at the University of Hong Kong including diverse teaching in the area of construction management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In conjunction with this teaching experience, has acquired and executed research projects and has a proven publication record.

Project Management

As Associate Director of Battersby Kingsfield Limited (“BKL”), provides project management advice and support on BKL’s project management assignments. Also, as an NEC Accredited Project Manager, provides advice to employers, consultants and contractors working under the NEC3 forms of contract.

Training

As Director of BK SURCO Limited, contributes above experience and knowledge in both industry and academia in providing training advice and conducting structured training programmes for construction professionals in project management and project management support such as resource management, health and safety and environmental issues and construction design management. Has conducted numerous training courses on collaborative contracting under NEC3.
