On 30th November 2015, Dr. Brenda Yip delivered a CPD seminar on “The Challenge of the Use of NEC Forms of Contract in Hong Kong” jointly organised by the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Around 200 members from the two institutes attended this evening event. Brenda gave an update on the NEC Public Works Contracts in Hong Kong and revealed the challenge for delivering these projects in mobilisation, contract strategy, contract administration and project management. Following the seminar there were numerous questions and interactive discussion from the floor.
